Please review these commonly asked questions before a notary or tax consultation.

Where and when will you meet me?

You get to decide! we can meet you whenever and wherever you'd like (including our Factoryville office). We can meet you pretty much anywhere including your home, business, school, or even a restaraunt. We try to make our services as convenient as possible so we offer our services at all hours of the day with a small additional fee for appointments made between 9pm and 7am and on holidays.

Should I sign anything before meeting the notary?

It is very important to NOT sign anything before the notary is present. The notary must first check the satisfactory identification of the person(s) signing the document before they sign. The role of the notary is to prevent fraud so the document will be considered void if signed before the notary arrives.

Will I need to provide I.D.?

Yes. You will need to be able to show the notary a government-issued I.D. with a photograph. This includes drivers licences, identification cards, and passports. If you don't have any of these types of I.D.'s please contact us to learn about other acceptable forms of identification.

What if something is done incorrectly?

Summit Mobile is professional and gives each client's documents the care they deserve but mistakes do (very rarely) happen. If we do make a mistake we will refund you your money and return to you at no charge to fix the mistake.

How do I know what needs to be notarized?

YOU are responsible for providing the documents that you need notarized. if you are unsure on what legal documents you need signed please contact an attorney. We do not notarize Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Marriage Certificates, or Wills.

Do you offer a frequent customer discount?

Yes we do! We offer clients needing frequent notaries a discount which will be negotiable depending on the frequency of the signings. We also offer a discount for people who refer their friends and family to our services.
